Lead Super.com’s Risk Operations as a Manager focused on fraud prevention and risk strategy in the travel marketplace. Drive fraud mitigation while enhancing booking lifecycle and customer experience.
In this new leadership role, you will oversee risk operations to safeguard Super.com’s rapidly growing travel services. With a core focus on hotel and flight transactions, your work will shape fraud and risk strategies across onboarding, authorization, and chargebacks. You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Compliance to optimize fraud controls and decision systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prevent fraud and manage risk across travel transactions
• Design risk strategies for the transaction lifecycle
