Your mission

• You are a leader who clears roadblocks. You will mentor and enable shift leaders, sharpening their prioritization, decision‑making, and overall team effectiveness.
• Spot bottlenecks from a mile away. Build, refine, and maintain structured workflows that eliminate friction and help the department scale effortlessly into new markets.
• Drive the day‑to‑day execution across Payments (Withdrawals, Fraud, KYC), ensuring consistent, timely processing that knocks our SLAs out of the park.
• Act as the ultimate coordination point between Payments and cross‑functional teams (CS, VIP, Product, Finance). You ensure everyone is aligned, communicating clearly, and moving in the same direction.
