Rituals Artisan – Role Overview
Responsible for engaging guests in a variety of global spa rituals, performing treatments, and ensuring a high‑quality customer experience while supporting the Rituals Program. Reports directly to the Rituals Manager.
What You’ll Do
- Participate in the creation of new rituals and integrate treatments from all over the world into the spa experience.
- Provide impeccable customer service in accordance with brand standards.
- Perform daily rituals and treatments for guests, ensuring an unforgettable experience.
- Engage in continuous training and development.
- Follow daily processes and rituals.
- Participate in organized events, seminars, and workshops at the spa.
- Assist with opening and closing activities, maintaining cleanliness and safety of premises.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
