Staff members are integral to both inpatient and outpatient operations and participate in a rotating schedule that includes 10-hour shifts for weekend and holiday inpatient coverage. A weekend shift involves working both Saturday and Sunday, with a compensatory weekday off provided in the week preceding and the week following the worked weekend.
