Qualifications

• Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives (or in Residential Care and Mental Health, or as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse).
• Certification in Hospice/Palliative Care and at least one year of recent, related palliative nursing care experience in an acute care facility, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) procedures appropriate for the area of service.
