Job Description

Must haves:

• Comprehensive understanding of health care sector workflows and source system technologies (such as HIS, EMR, LIS), along with hands‑on experience working with Integration Engines, is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 7 years of hands‑on experience in delivering electronic health data integration projects or operations is required. This includes expertise in the acquisition, integration, and utilization of health data employing healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 V2.x (mandatory) and V3. Practical experience with FHIR and XML messaging principles is highly desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively conveying Ontario Health's conformance testing and validation activities in data acquisition and integration projects to technical staff, project managers, and clinical SMEs.
