Role
The Staff Reliability & Testing Engineer is a senior technical contributor, with 8+ years of experience in all aspects of reliability engineering for automotive electronic or mechatronics products, from reliability estimation to reliability calculation and risk identification across the full product development lifecycle.
This role requires deep expertise in reliability modeling, reliability testing, reliability calculations and failure analysis, as well as the ability to translate product characteristics and customer expectations into robust reliability strategies and validation plans.
