Position Details
RTWSS is a WorkSafeBC funded service designed to assist injured workers in safely returning to their pre-injury employment. Duties include:
Completion of job site visits & job demands analysesDeveloping & implementing graduated return to work plansLiaising with healthcare team members & case managersImplementing ergonomic strategies to facilitate durable RTWRTW role can be combined with Community PT caseload Qualifications
Minimum 1-year experience conducting Job Site VisitsMust have experience implementing GTRW plansCurrent member of CPTBC or eligible for registrationDriver’s license and access to a reliable vehicleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with insurance payers is a strong assetExperience with WorkSafeBC programs is desirable
