In this field-based role, under the guidance of the Regional Safety Supervisor, you will coordinate daily safety essentials while working 20 days on and 10 days off. This includes engaging with supervisors, coaching crews, and conducting inspections to promote a strong safety culture. Your involvement in root cause investigations and safety feedback loops will be crucial for continuous improvement.
