Position Summary The WHS, Compliance & Child Safety Officer is responsible for overseeing workplace health and safety systems, safeguarding obligations, organisational compliance, staff competency development, risk management, audit preparation, and quality improvement initiatives across Point Care Pty Ltd. The role promotes a strong culture of safety, safeguarding, accountability, and continuous improvement throughout the organisation. Key Responsibilities Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Develop and monitor WHS systems, procedures, and safety initiatives. Conduct workplace inspections, hazard assessments, and safety audits.
