**Job Description**

**Position Summary**

**We are looking for a Safety Representative as the site’s Subject Matter Expert in Workplace Safety and to partner with leadership in strengthening a proactive, compliant, and people-centered safety culture. This role requires independent judgment on significant matters, the ability to resolve non-routine problems, and the capability to work under general supervision while recommending solutions and improvements to leadership.**

**The Safety Representative supports implementation of Workplace Safety requirements across the site, coaches leaders and employees, analyzes risks and trends, and builds strong partnerships with Manufacturing and Non-Manufacturing Leadership, Human Resources, Industrial Hygiene, Ergonomics, and Health Services to reduce injuries and improve site performance.**
