ABOUT THE ROLE

The purpose of this role is to support organisational goals by accurately receipting and allocating Salary Packaging funds, following up payment discrepancies, overdue payments, unidentified deposits in bank accounts, and payroll reports.

TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Uploading payroll files:
  • Actively monitor the receipt of payroll files and payments in accordance with the expected timeframes.
  • Reconcile funds received against the related payroll files/reports.
  • Load payroll file in internal system and review any exceptions/discrepancies.
  • Contact client to raise any exceptions as required.
