WhereNext Travel, a Latin American luxury DMC network, is seeking a passionate Sales Analyst to support the sales and travel operations team in our Bogotá, Colombia office.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming requests, process documentation, and maintain client databases to deliver high quality services within deadlines.
• Prepare client quotes and proposals, negotiate and confirm details with suppliers, and respond promptly to client calls and emails.
• Address questions, requests, and complaints from both clients and suppliers, and monitor progress toward sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a sales analyst or sales agent in tourism (4-5 years), especially in DMCs in Colombia.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Preparation of offers, calculations, and travel information for clients.
• Management of reservations and confirmations with suppliers.
