We are seeking an experienced and results-driven **Sales and Marketing Manager** to lead our client acquisition efforts for a growing **Bankruptcy Law Firm**. This position is responsible for developing and executing effective marketing strategies, overseeing the sales process, and directly managing the sales/intake team to ensure consistent client growth and high conversion rates.

**Marketing Strategy & Campaign Management**
- Design and implement multi-channel digital marketing strategies to promote immigration and bankruptcy services.
- Manage and optimize campaigns through **HubSpot**, **Google Ads**, and **Facebook Ads Manager**.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance (CPC, CTR, CPL, Conversion Rates, etc.).
- Analyze and report on marketing KPIs and adjust strategy based on performance.
