- Achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals
- Perform opening and closing procedures and support store security
- Assist management with day-to-day store operations and staff oversight
- Maintain organized stockroom and support inventory control and loss prevention
- Ensure cash register and safe accuracy and support timely bank deposits
- Implement visual displays and merchandising standards as directed
- Oversee store maintenance, cleanliness and presentation
