Job Overview

As a Diamond Consultant, you lead our customers through our unique Spence Experience. You will be a product expert who builds trusted relationships while guiding clients to the perfect diamond or jewelry selection. Report to the Store Director. Full‑time, weekday, weekend, and evening rotating schedule.
