The Sales Operations team within S&P Mobility's Automotive are looking for a proactive Enablement Specialist to partner with the Director of Sales Training & Enablement. The role involves developing and supporting the use of sales enablement and AI tools across the sales department. Key responsibilities include training sales representatives on B2B sales enablement tools (including AI LLM tools), monitoring technology adoption, creating e-learning modules, and curating tech stack resources through an evolving playbook. The specialist will also collaborate with the Director to co‑design an adoption strategy, ensuring sales reps effectively utilize their enablement capabilities.
