As a Sales Intern at Aerotek, you will gain firsthand exposure to vital operations within a local office setting. The internship focuses heavily on sales and offers ample opportunities for shadowing experienced professionals in various roles. Successful completion may lead to a full-time role within the Sales Development Representative program, jump-starting your career.
Key Responsibilities:
• Post available positions using our candidate tracking system
• Screen resumes and select qualified candidates
• Schedule interviews and shadow recruitment processes
• Attend client visits and networking events
• Participate in lead generation and cold calling activities
