**Key Responsibilities**
**Business Development & Market Coverage**
+ Actively promote the hotel to **corporate accounts, MICE planners, travel agents, and event organizers** based in Bangkok.
+ Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts to achieve revenue targets.
+ Conduct regular **sales calls, client meetings, and networking events** in Bangkok.
+ Organize and participate in **sales trips, roadshows, and trade shows** .
+ Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and industry partners.
**Account Management**
+ Manage and develop a portfolio of key accounts to maximize production and long-term value.
+ Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business in line with hotel strategies.
+ Monitor account performance and provide regular updates and action plans.
+ Maintain accurate records in sales systems (Delphi, Opera S&C, etc.).
