GENERAL OBJETIVE:
- Focus on sell all the fresh production commodities product codes assigned for Mexico market.
- Develop new customers on specific markets as Central and South Mexico
- Research and provide information about market
- Maximize market share
- Follow channel strategic priority on sales:
- Team Work Balance
- Represent Tyson in profesional way before customers / industry meetings and conferences.
SPECIFIC OBJETIVES:
Strategic:
- Develop 2 long term customers every year.
- 20-30 weekly loads average first year
- 1 time per week report of domestic market commodities prices, news, relevant changes.
- Manage 6 customers from North states for a complete understanding of the business.
Operational:
- Proactive and fast solution maker as nature of the fresh business.
- Field Trade visits 2 times per week for prospecting new customers.
