About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
  • Channel Development & Management: Negotiate entry, product selection, and daily operations for Mexico's mainstream DIY/Retail channels (The Home Depot, Amazon MX, Mercado Libre). Manage local security distributors, hardware wholesalers (Ferreterías), and system integrators.
  • Key Account (KA) Management: Pitch and manage projects with large real estate developers and property management companies (focusing on Airbnb and long-term rental apartment projects) to promote pre-installed smart lock solutions.
  • Market Insight & Product Localization: Research Mexican door lock standards (e.g., ANSI vs. other regional standards) and coordinate with HQ R&D for product localization. Monitor competitors (Yale, Schlage, Steren) regarding pricing and marketing strategies.
  • Brand & Marketing Support: Lead the planning and execution of local trade shows (e.g., Expo Ferretera) and channel promotions. Establis...
