Degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. 5+ years in hospitality sales (hotels, resorts, or restaurants). Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, social media, Google Analytics). Familiarity with PMS tools (e.g., Opera) is a plus. Outgoing, persuasive, and guest-focused. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
