Alegro Industries is growing and we're looking for a hunter someone who picks up the phone, opens doors, and closes deals.
This is a high-activity outbound role focused entirely on B2B telephone sales, from cold prospecting to signed contracts.
You won't be handed a warm pipeline.
You'll build it.
If you have the discipline to work a structured outbound process and the drive to exceed your own targets, the earning potential here is real commissions are uncapped and paid in USD.
**What you'll do**
- Execute high-volume outbound calls to prospect, qualify, and convert B2B leads
- Own the full sales cycle from first cold call through negotiation and close
- Build and maintain a growing client portfolio through consistent, structured follow-up
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue and activity KPIs
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date after every interaction
