Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Manager, you will maintain the integrity of Bell Canada's Salesforce.com. The role includes optimizing daily operations, resolving complex issues, and implementing innovative solutions to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle administrative functions in Salesforce and user support
• Support operations through problem analysis and troubleshooting
• Complete configuration requests, ranging from simple to complex
• Collaborate with stakeholders for development and channel processes
• Conduct internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• 3+ years experience in Salesforce.com software development
• Required Certifications: Administrator (ADM201 & ADM211)
