Role Summary

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Technical BSA with 12–15 years of experience, including strong hands‑on expertise in Salesforce platforms and deep domain knowledge in Life Sciences. The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, gathering and translating requirements, supporting technical teams, and ensuring high‑quality solution delivery across Salesforce clouds (Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).

Key Responsibilities

• Work with business and product teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements for Salesforce enhancements and new features.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Collaborate with Salesforce architects and developers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with platform best practices.
