Responsibilities
- AMS Ticket Resolution
- Lead the resolution of complex AMS support tickets related to travel bookings, expense reporting, invoice processing, and system integrations.
- Perform rootcause analysis for recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure SLA compliance and provide clear communication to stakeholders on ticket progress and resolution.
- System Configuration & Optimization
- Configure and maintain Concur modules (Travel, Expense, Invoice) to align with client requirements.
- Optimize workflows to reduce errors in expense reporting and approval processes.
- Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.
