Lead and manage an SAP Application Management Services (AMS) team supporting the ECC environment.
Ensure stable, reliable day-to-day operations of SAP ECC while the S/4HANA program is underway.
Own incident, problem, and change management processes for ECC (including root cause analysis and continuous improvement).
Serve as the primary point of escalation for production issues impacting business operations.
Coordinate closely with the S/4HANA project team to ensure changes and fixes do not conflict with transformation activities.
Manage support backlog, prioritize work based on business impact, and ensure SLAs are met.
Oversee transport management, defect fixes, and minor enhancements in ECC.
Communicate system status, risks, and performance metrics to IT leadership and business stakeholders.
