**The Role**

**1) Incident and Request Management (AMS)**

+ Analyze and resolve functional incidents in **SAP MM** , including purchasing, procurement, material master data, inventory management, goods receipts, valuation, and logistics movements.
+ Analyze and resolve incidents in **SAP SD** , including customer and master data management, sales orders, deliveries, transportation, billing, **pricing/conditions** , tax...
