SAP Quality Management/Manufacturing Lead

Ottawa / Montreal / Toronto / Calgary

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP QM solution design and delivery, including configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare.
• Own SAP QM processes across:
  • Inspection planning and execution (incoming, in‑process, and outgoing)
  • Quality notifications, defects, non‑conformance, and usage decisions
  • Batch management, sampling, AQL, COA, and audit management
• Drive QM integration with SAP Manufacturing and Supply Chain, including:
  • QM–PP (Production Planning)
  • QM–MM (Materials Management)
  • QM–EWM and/or MES where applicable
• Lead and facilitate client discovery, blueprint, and Fit‑to‑Standard workshops, translating business quality requirements into SAP solutions.
