Primary Job Purpose
Responsible to deliver design and system configuration for the BRIM module in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring successful rollout and adoption of standardized Service-to-Cash processes across business units.
The candidate is responsible for translating business requirements into system solutions, managing data migration, testing, training, and post-go-live support, while aligning with SAP best practices and project timelines.
Key Position Accountabilities
Being part of General IT team and responsible for SAP BRIM (Billing and Revenue Innovation Management) configuration and associated developments are designed, built, tested & deployed according to S/4 HANA best practices.
Facilitate and support workstream managers / Solution Architects & leads right from requirement gathering, solution design with focus on Sales and Customer Service processes and integration of same with operations, finance & product management workstreams.
