About This Opportunity
We are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Specialist responsible for the implementation, configuration, and support of SuccessFactors modules. This role will work closely with HR and IT teams to optimize HR processes and ensure the effective use of the SAP SuccessFactors platform. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain SAP SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, etc.). Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements. Provide support and troubleshooting for system issues and user inquiries. Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. Ensure data integrity, system security, and compliance with company policies. Generate reports and dashboards to support HR decision-making. Conduct testing (UAT) and support system releases. Train end users and provide documentation when needed.
