Job Description

• Provide L1/L2 operational support for SAP FI/CO, resolving priority incidents and system defects impacting Finance processes
• Support core finance functions including AP, AR, GL, and COPA within SAP
• Monitor and maintain system interfaces and IDocs to ensure accurate and timely data flow
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring financial reporting deadlines are met
• Perform system monitoring, targeted fixes, and maintain support documentation to ensure ongoing system stability
