Key Responsibilities:
• Lead fall prevention and injury reduction strategies
• Provide actionable education to care teams on best practices
• Develop and implement new policies for Continuing Care
• Conduct compliance audits within nursing departments
• Champion culture change and enhance resident care
Requirements:
• 3-5 years' experience in Geriatric Services or Long Term Care
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Nursing necessary
