Functions and Responsibilities - BIM Modeling from Point Clouds: Develop basic BIM models (architecture, structure, and MEP) from point clouds following defined guidelines.
- Interpret scanned information, accurately modeling existing elements.
- Use tools such as Autodesk Revit and Recap Pro for model development.
- Comply with established modeling standards, nomenclature, and parameters.
- Perform basic quality checks by comparing the model with the point cloud.
Learning and Continuous Improvement - Acquire knowledge of Scan to BIM processes, BIM standards, and best modeling practices.
