Improve human resources practices as a Human Resources Generalist in Scarborough, Ontario. This full-time, in-house position will involve both recruitment and policy management.
We are hiring a Human Resources Generalist for our Scarborough office. In this permanent role, you will develop and implement HR policies and oversee staff training. A college diploma is required, and some HR experience will be beneficial for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and assess HR policies and programs
• Recruit, hire, and train staff effectively
• Organize and maintain HR documentation
Requirements:
• Completion of a relevant college program (3 months to less than 1 year)
• Between 1 to 7 months of HR experience is preferred
• Familiarity with MS Word for reporting purposes
