Summary About the Position: This is a Full-Time, Permanent 1024 School Principal position for Sampson Elementary High School, located in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Federal employees in Guantanamo Bay are currently not entitled to receive a Cost Allowance (COLA) in addition to the base salary. Responsibilities Use student achievement data and related data to make decisions regarding the school improvement plan, teacher professional development requirements, and programmatic changes. Establish DoDEA educator performance elements and evaluates teacher work.
