Insight Global is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our Digital Banking Contact Center team, where you will lead the delivery of innovative, customer‑focused solutions that support front‑line agents and enhance client experiences across digital and assisted channels.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating agile practices, removing impediments, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC). You will work closely with product owners, developers, business analysts, QA engineers, contact center operations, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on vision, priorities, and outcomes.You will also act as an agile coach, fostering a strong team culture focused on collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and measurable performance outcomes.
