Hourly Rate

$21-$23 per hour

Duration & Schedule

May to October 2026, 40 hours per week including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds and landscaping of the property.
• Repair and maintain all community buildings and equipment.
• Provide support to residents as required, such as firewood delivery.
• Conduct water testing and daily record keeping.
• Maintain pool and spa facilities.
• Recordkeeping and upkeep of septic systems.
• Ensure health and safety aspects of the community and buildings.
• Communicate regularly with the Manager.
• Clean work area, tools and equipment.
• Provide courteous, efficient response at all times.
