About This Opportunity
We are currently hiring Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join a fast-paced eCommerce support team during Peak season. This is a f ully remote opportunity for candidates based in Mexico who are confident communicating in English and enjoy helping customers through phone, chat, email, and SMS support.
This seasonal project will run through September 11, 2026, with paid training provided before agents transition into live customer support.
We’re looking for customer-focused individuals who can stay organized, communicate professionally, and deliver a positive customer experience across multiple channels.
What You’ll Be Doing
Answering customer inquiries via phone, chat, email, and SMS
Assisting customers with purchase-related questions and order support
Following up on pending inquiries and unresolved customer interactions
Accurately documenting customer interactions and updates
Providing friendly, professional, and solution-focused support
