In this full-time seasonal role, located in the heart of Jasper National Park, you’ll take the reins of kitchen operations under the Executive Chef. Your impactful leadership will focus on training, menu management, and ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards while crafting delicious dishes that delight guests.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily kitchen operations and team tasks
• Ensure quality menu preparation and execution
• Manage food orders, budgets, and revenue forecasts
• Maintain strict adherence to health & safety regulations
• Partner with the Head Chef for special events and catering
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in restaurants
• Strong knowledge of HACCP standards and practices
