Reporting to the General Manager, Tundra Grill & Concessions, the Food Services Team Lead exemplifies exceptional customer service and leads by example. The Team Lead will establish positive and motivational work relationships to ensure service quality and standards are exceeded. They will work with the Food Service Team to help prepare and serve our guests quality food & beverage items within our various venues and ensure our visitors have a wonderful experience that exceeds their expectations.
Additional responsibilities include always ensuring the safe and healthy preparation of meals and sanitation techniques to avoid cross-contamination and the spoiling of food and beverages under the direction of the Tundra Grill Chef. The Team Lead will help train and mentor new employees, delegate tasks, oversee the resolution of customer complaints and concerns, and assist in daily transactions.
