Reporting to the Grocery Team Leader, this role supports the Co‑op’s vision, mission, and safety principles by delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, welcoming environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate behaviours and actions that support the Co‑operative’s vision, mission, and safety principles; serve members with a customer‑focused approach.
• Provide legendary service at all touch points through various communication channels.
• Inspect and patrol premises, entrances and parking areas, and investigate incidents or security concerns.
• Address infractions or incidents, report to the appropriate Team Leader and Asset Protection.
