We are looking for passionate and talented people to join our team as a Seller Acquisition & Growth Manage. In this role, you will focus on driving large-scale merchant acquisition for TikTok Shop through offline channels and ecosystem partnerships, while also managing and growing a portfolio of merchants. This role focuses on recruiting merchants at scale via industry events, trade fairs, and strategic collaborations with logistics, payment, and commerce service providers, as well as identifying category opportunities and guiding merchants on campaigns, assortment, and growth levers to maximize GMV.
