Position Summary

The Intercompany Accountant will be responsible for managing and reconciling all intercompany transactions between entities of the organization, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards, and timely resolution of discrepancies, while supporting month‑end close and audit requirements. The Intercompany Coordinator will work closely with local finance teams, shared services, and corporate accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, invoices, and balances across all entities.
• Monitor intercompany accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting policies (GAAP/IFRS).
• Collaborate with regional and local finance teams to resolve discrepancies and mismatches in intercompany balances.
