Responsibilities

• Material characterization: Perform material characterization with a strong focus on thin-film and nanoscale materials, using electron microscopy, spectroscopy, ellipsometry, and electrical measurements. Experience with TEM, FIB, FTIR is an asset. Support cleanroom-based nanofabrication processes, including thin-film deposition, lithography, and etching, with an emphasis on in-line characterizing material properties. Ensure high accuracy in measurements and proper documentation to guide process development and quality control.

• Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret characterization and in-line measurement data to assess material quality and identify trends or deviations. Correlate material properties with process conditions and device performance to support troubleshooting and optimization efforts.
