Duties and Responsibilities
- Enter revenue for sales and donations.
- Process semi‑monthly payroll.
- Assist in preparing month‑end general ledger reconciliations.
- Support audit preparation as needed.
- Conduct GST reconciliations and file quarterly returns.
- Assist with annual T3010 charity reporting.
- Provide periodic reporting on grant revenue usage.
- Aid in annual AGLC reporting and related general ledger entries.
- Assist in annual budget preparation and quarterly forecasting.
- Manage full‑cycle accounting and general journal entries.
- Help produce and distribute T4, T4A, and T4A‑NR forms.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education
