Job Summary: The Payroll and Financial Reporting Administrator plays a key role within the finance team by managing full‑cycle payroll and supporting accurate financial reporting and compliance. This position requires a detail‑oriented individual with strong analytical and organizational skills, capable of handling complex payroll processes and adapting to a dynamic, growing environment. The role works closely with the Controller, HR, and program teams to improve processes, support reporting requirements, and enhance operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to work independently, and the interpersonal skills needed to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. This is an in‑office position.
