Overview

The Senior Accountant will support our installation and repair services business within the Leon’s Furniture Group - LFL - of companies. The senior accountant will be responsible for accounting, reporting, budgeting and tracking of KPIs.

Location: Corporate Office – Toronto, Ontario - Fully Onsite

Responsibilities

• Month end close processes (preparation of journal entries, elimination entries, recurring entries and accruals, and account reconciliations) for the installation and repair services business.
• Preparation of the monthly management report deliverables.
• Assist with the interim and year-end audit.
• Participate in special projects as required.
• Liaise with operational and other corporate departments.
• Identify financial process improvement opportunities.
