Senior Analyst, Compensation (US & Canada)

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Senior Analyst, Compensation to play a critical role in the design, governance, and execution of compensation programs across the United States and Canada. Based out of our Oakville, ON office this role serves as a subject‑matter expert and trusted advisor, partnering closely with HR Business Partners, Total Rewards, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with organizational strategy. The compensation for this position is between $81,300 and $101,600 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
