Starlight Investments seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to enhance financial reporting and management across its residential portfolios. This position provides rich exposure to finance operations within a collaborative environment.
As a key member of the finance team, you'll report directly to the Senior Manager, Finance, while managing both Canadian and U.S. portfolios. Your responsibilities will include guiding financial analysis, ensuring accuracy in reporting, and monitoring risks associated with financial performance, thereby impacting key decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage portfolio financial results and accounting accuracy
• Review monthly CORE reports and communicate findings
• Facilitate the external audit process effectively
• Support budgeting processes and ad-hoc projects
• Oversee cash management and debt compliance
Requirements:
• Degree in Finance/Accounting and CPA certification
• 2+ years in accounting and financial analysis
